What is keepin?
keepin is a personal file vault for creators and professionals. Save, organize, and share your files — all synced across your devices.
Is keepin free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 5 GB forever, no credit card. For more capacity and collaboration features, there are Starter, Pro, and Max plans.
Can I use it on iPhone?
keepin is currently only available on Android. iOS is in the works and will be announced when ready.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, then pick keepin. Access stays active until the period ends.
Where is the data stored?
Your files are stored on secure cloud servers in the Southeast Asia region with at-rest and in-transit encryption.
Delete your account
You can request deletion of your keepin account and all associated data at any time.

How to request
- Email us at the address above with the subject "Delete My Account".
- Include the email address linked to your keepin account.
- We'll confirm receipt and process your request within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
All your files, folders, sharing links, collaborator records, and account information are permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
What we retain
Billing and payment records may be retained for up to 5 years to comply with Indonesian financial regulations.
